An anionic fluorinated surfactant composed of perfluorohexylethyl monoester phosphate, bis(perfluorohexylethyl) phosphate and tris(perfluorohexylethyl) phosphate. It features high surface activity, low surface tension and excellent stability, and is widely used in coatings, inks and other fields to improve the wettability and stain resistance of coatings.
