Applications

 

It is a high-performance environmentally friendly passivation agent. It features excellent corrosion resistance, high heat resistance, superior chemical reagent resistance, low VOC emissions, and strong adhesive force. Free from toxic substances such as chromium and cadmium, PCU-1105 exhibits high reactivity and demonstrates outstanding performance at a relatively low curing temperature (80°C).

It is suitable for the passivation treatment of copper and copper alloys, as well as for non-ferrous metals like iron, nickel, and chromium.
